Our story begins in England during the early 1800s, or as it is more commonly known, the Regency era.

Marriage is common amongst the residents of England, love is a rarity.

Margo began her journey in society as a teenager, inconsiderate and so consumed by her own fears that she was unaware of the hurtful effect her words had on someone very important to her.
