This novel introduces five silly high school kids known as the Weirdo Patrol. They have humorous adventures, until there is a serious threat of another planet conquering Earth by giving everybody hiccups. The identity of the specific alien doing this is a double surprise which will blow your mind!The Weirdo and a few of their parents are the only ones who can save Earth. They chase the alien, and somehow or other they unexpectedly wind up on his planet. As they make friends on that planet, they learn an amazing secret about it!Wild chases occur on what we would consider to be an unusual road system. Eventually they meet the planet's zany king, and his identity turns out to be a super-duper surprise beyond all the others in this book! (That surprise does pave the way for a solution, though, and it helps make the Weirdo Patrol reaqlize there are times to be less silly.)
