Hope In The Hole Recovery Journal: Journal For Prisoners Notebook with Prompts A Daily Diary for Guided Reflection to Aid Recovery and Promote Transfo

A Unique Self-Help Journal/Notebook For Recovery and Creating A New Life

This designer journal/notebook is a convenient 6x9in (23x15cm) size to record the day's events. Plus, it will fit on your bookshelf once you've filled the pages up as a reminder of where you've come from and the journey you've been on.

The 100-page paperback book is a soft glossy book and bound with book industry binding (the same standard as your local library books). The quality crisp white paper minimizes ink bleed-through and is perfect for pen, pencil, crayon, colored pencil, or gel pen users. If you want to use markers, place a sheet of paper in between pages to minimize bleed-through.

Double-sided pages to aid your journey with a prompted first page and overleaf is a dot lined page to express your creativity.

Prompted pages record:

Date

Feeling/Emotions

Trigger (Good/Bad)

Gratitude/Joy to come back into a positive mindset through action and gratitude/thankfulness

Dot lined pages so you can thoroughly and creatively express your deepest thoughts and feelings.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SENDING BOOKS TO PRISONERS:

If you order this book and send it to yourself, then send it to them yourself in a box, they will most likely be rejected for security reasons.

It is highly recommended that you order and send directly from a publisher or seller like Amazon, and do not send more than three books in one shipping.

Ordering books for an inmate through an online retailer is easy, you just have to make sure that you select ship by USPS and that you ship it to the inmate's mailing address. Put the inmate's first name and last name followed by the inmate's ID number in the name line of the shipping address (John Doe, 12345). Next line put the facility name and then the address, so if I were sending an inmate items to Ulster Correctional Facility it would look like this:

Frank Doe, 12345
The Name of Correctional Facility P.O. Box 600
Napanoch, New York 17478-0890
