I did not know monkeys could talk until my Trinidadian friend Brian was visiting Harrison's Cave in Barbados. He saw some monkeys skipping in the trees so he took out his camera and rushed over to take their picture.One of the monkeys snatched the camera saying to him, "Smile I want to take a picture of a monkey too." People kept asking me if Harrison Cave is mine.All I would say was if you ever visit the cave, just tell them I sent you and they will take twenty five percent off.A good friend visiting from London believed me and went to the cave asking for twenty-five percent off.Instead of taking off twenty-five percent they added on fifty percent.These jokes are but a few to be found in the book. I want you to enjoy them for what they are worth. See them as fun. Corny or not, they will hit your laughter spot.In coming years I hope people will use them to entertain friends. This will show that though Barbados was sparsely populated there was talent on the rock.
