Incomplete DVD

This dvd only contained Homeward Bound II. I got this for my granddaughters who had never seen Homeward Bound I and thought it would be nice for them to see the 2nd one also. I am very unhappy but there doesn't seem to be anywhere on the website to post a complaint.
