Hometown Prophet

By Jeff Fulmer

Peter Quell moves back home to Tennessee where he has a cryptic dream involving his pastor... A dream that turns out to be true. Soon, Peter is being heralded as a modern-day prophet in his church - and community.

The strange, vivid dreams continue to come - often involving major, regional events. Prophecies concerning an attack on a local mosque and an environmental disaster stir up controversy and criticisms against the reluctant prophet.

As his reputation grows and the personal attacks mount, Peter stands his ground with the help of family and a few friends. Dreaming of a major flood, Peter makes his boldest prophecy yet, as he - and the city - await their fates.

In the first book of The Prophecy series, Hometown Prophet, Peter discovers his gift and finds his voice, setting the stage for the following two stand-alone political/spiritual thrillers: American Prophet and The Two Prophets.
