Ms. Evans has scored big with this phenomenal book. As a Realtor who does the majority of my business off the Internet, I am going to enthusiastically recommend this guide to all of my Internet clients. There is great information contained on every page... info that every person potentially looking to relocate should gather and digest. Somewhat selfishly, I must say that Ms. Evans does do a good job crediting Realtors, unlike most books which portray ALL agents as salespeople "just out for the sale". She emphasizes that people SHOULD select a Real Estate Consultant to assist in the home search and relocation process.Kudos to Ms. Evans for writing a book that consumers AND their Realtors can read and appreciate!
