This monograph is devoted to the study of possible mechanisms of enzyme homeostasis disorder, development of optimal modes of postoperative gastroduodenal aspiration depending on the methods of surgery in duodenal ulcer based on homeokinetic parameters of digestive hydrolases. Changes in homeostasis of digestive hydrolases in blood and urine in the postoperative period after gastric resection and various terms of gastroduodenal aspiration under fasting and food stimulation conditions were studied in order to develop a method of gastric resection. Criteria for assessing the optimality of the used methods of gastric resection and indications for the duration and volume of gastroduodenal aspiration were developed, and an algorithm for changing homeokinetic parameters of digestive hydrolases at different periods of aspiration and methods of gastric resection in the postoperative period was introduced.
