Great Plans! Great Book

I built my house using Plans by Frank Betz. If you do a search on the internet about Frank Betz you will get mostly rave reviews. The person who said his roof leaked is crazy. A roof that is properly done will not leak. I dont care what sort of design it is. I am a real-estate agent in Virginia and the roof style of most of Frank Betz's plans are what is "in". I hate to say, the square box ranch style house with your 1 peak roof is long gone.
