This is a book dedicated especially to those who do not have access to the gym, and even to specific (typically bodybuilding) equipment, such as barbells, dumbbells, lifts, etc. You will find exercises here using household appliances, which are available in every home. There are also exercises with the use of a simple device, which is an expander (often found years later in the closet, even after the father or even grandfather). At the outset, it should be noted that a lot depends on our ingenuity and on how we can use our surroundings to perform strength exercises. The given exercises are just a few examples of such use of home appliances. In fact, there are many more and it depends on your imagination how many of them can be done in your surroundings. The first part is the presentation of individual exercises (without division into muscle groups), the second part contains specific training programs using just these exercises (from the first part).
