Nothing like a life application study bible.

I purchased this for a 10 year old girl to have a study bible. It is nothing like the study bible I have, that has a simplified explanation underneath the verses. Defeats the purpose of my purchase.

Excellent Bible

I have a teenage daughter, I teach Sunday School, and I teach youth group at my church. I have purchased several copies of this Bible, and the girls seem to like it. They really enjoy the sidebar stories that deal with problems they can relate to. I plan to purchase more copies in the future. It makes an excellent gift Bible.

Must have Bible for young girls

My granddaughter went to a Good News Club Retreat for three days. She learned about the Retreat in an after school program. This is the Bible they used. Her birthday came up now and this is the gift she wanted from me. She is just 10 but I don't think she is to young to understand this Bible. Thanks for helping me make her birthday special.

Girls Life Application Bible NLT IS Awesome!!!!

My twelve year old and I picked out this bible after we did some joint research and it is great. The graphics are just her size, not too childish and the bible asks questions like,"Did you get that girlfriend, God loves you." It interacts with guided bible studies in the back and I am looking forward to me and her doing some of those together. I also like that it is a hard back version which allows her to take it to school and not get it bent up like a paper back. I love this book and I am getting ready to get the boys version for my six year old, it is never to early to teach directly from the bible especially with tools as great as these.

EXCELLENT BIBLE!

I gave this to my niece for christmas and she LOVES it!! She feels it relates to her. It is really pink, she makes it all the best for her. I totally recommend it!

Brings the Bible Scriptures into todays life

We are using this edition for our weekly Bible Study. The layout of this version has been extremely helpful in aiding the reader to easily understand the Scriptures. It is written in todays language. Easy to read and grasp Biblical principles. If you really want to know God spend some time in the word. History will come alive for you. The time line assists the reader in following the order events occured. This is the best Bible I own. WWJD He'd buy the book. :-) <
