The basic story is that Jim Hardy (Bing Crosby) wants to retire from showbiz. He buys a farm in Connecticut to get away from the rat race. Soon, he finds it is just another type of work. Then he gets the big idea of making this a Holiday Inn open on holidays for entertainment.
Let’s watch and see how it pans out. You may find yourself singing “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas” in the shower.
Wonderful classic!

Starring Bing Crosby & Fred Astaire & the Irving Berlin classic(that sold 400 million copies!) "White Christmas". This is a wonderful classic iconic movie that has been colorized & beautifully so. The dancing & singing is fabulous & far superior to anything you'd see today. Fred Astaire does some spectacular dance numbers in this movie & of course "the crooner" Bing Crosby does a lot of singing & the story is also great. Happy Holidays is one of my favorite numbers in this movie while the love interest for Bing wears a sensational gold beaded gown. The sets are old Hollywood spectacular.
