In a society where morals wane and marriage is valued as little more than a disposable document, an unconventional couple seeks to resist social norms by living standards deemed as outdated by most. Nevertheless, they quickly discover that the pressures within and without their relationship are much greater than these young adults anticipated. Having less than ten feet between their bedroom doors doesn't help their cause either. Dustin, an average teenager who values the virtual violence generated by his wireless controller more than palpable life around him, finds himself unexpectedly falling for his new step-sister, Melani.
