One tiny dog, two languages - and a hello as big as the whole wide street.
Meet Milo - a chihuahua so small he fits in a teacup's shadow, with tiger-striped fur, ears like little sails, and a pink tongue that's almost always out. He says hola to everyone he meets, in English y en espa ol. And he's been saving his biggest hello... for you.
Milo is peque o - that means small. He is smaller than a shoe, smaller than a teacup. But inside that tiny chest beats the biggest coraz n on the whole street. When Milo is happy, he cannot sit still. He spins He wiggles His whole back half goes waggle-waggle-waggle. His bark is small, like him - Arf Arf - and it is not a scary bark. It is a hello-bark: I see you Come say hola
Every day, Milo makes his rounds. Hola to the mail carrier. Hola to the robin. Hola to the big dog next door - Milo is not afraid. On Milo's street, hellos come in two flavors - good morning and buenos d as Milo understands both. A hello is a hello, in any language. One little dog, two languages, one enormous heart - un perrito, dos idiomas, un coraz n enorme.
