It IS an mpreg with an unexpected pregnancy, and it does contain some violence, threats, kidnapping/abduction of small children/infants (I promise it's brief and has a HEA), anxiety/allusions to an emotionally abusive upbringing, a birthing scene, talk of infertility, and some angst, as well as some rope play/shibari and discussion about unsafe BDSM practices. This book contains elements suited to readers over the age of 18.
