A Wonderful, Workable Concept!

I just finished reading this book, and I am already thinking of all the amazing & wonderful things I can accomplish, and the sheer joy I can experience in my life, by co-creating the life I truly want to live with the help of Spirit. This amazing little book explains that we are co-creators of our own life experience, and that, when we request the help of Spirit, we will be given all the help we need to create exactly what we desire. The author has done a great job of explaining our role as creators, and of providing a context through which we can request aid from those in spirit - by actually creating comittees to help us achieve what is truly important to us. It's a great concept, and appears quite easy to use. In fact, I can't wait to get started in creating the comittees I'd like to help me along the way. This is a relatively short book, but it's jam packed with great information & ideas. So, although it can be read in one sitting, its' impact can last a life-time. If you are at all interested in the topic of creating the life you desire, then this is the book for you! I would also highly recommend (as does the author) those books/tapes by Esther & Jerry Hicks, as well as the book "The Power of Intention" by Dr. Wayne Dyer. Although they approach this topic in a different way, the core ideas are the same.

"A Breath of Fresh Air" for the Spiritual Self-Help Genre

Unlike the countless spiritual self-help books gathering dust on my bookshelf-Hiring The Heavens-was delightfully refreshing! I read the book-from cover to cover-in ONE afternoon. Slatter's process is simple (the best usually are) yet; its applications run deep and are transformational. I found Slatter's employment metaphor applicable and fun to practice. Miracles and synchronicities are now daily occurrences-thanks to my celestial work force. More importantly, Hiring The Heavens helped me to once again EXPERIENCE my own connection with the Divine. For those feeling bogged down with metaphysical concepts and applications-this is a MUST read.

Great Book - full of inspirations and helpful insights

Jean's own story is an inspiration. Her book is so easy to read and gets the reader pick the concepts up so quickly. Everyone can grasp the concepts described in Jean's book and she offers very helpful insights in the "how to's" of the creation process, making 'co-creating with heaven' a simple 'job'.I highly recommend this and have used the concepts in this book and creating great improvements in my life.Thank you very much, Jean, for writing the book.
