Another reason was that billionaire marijuana grower Kingsley Conn contacted Uki to lobby any one of many state legislatures to legalize marijuana sales. But why Pennsylvania? So far away. So very different culturally. So many other states where blending in would have been easier. All becomes clear as Uki and Shanti shake up the culture at Toddle Manor.
