Highway P.I.

Highway Private Investigations is owned and operated by an ex-gang member named Highway. Instead of taking cases, he returns runaway kids to their parents. He first finds the kids on the street and tails them until he I.D.'s them. Highway then goes to the parents and offers to retrieve them for a fee. Once he makes the deal, he returns to the streets, picks up the runaway and takes them home. This time he returns a girl named Emily to her parents and she promptly disappears. It seems her best friend Rebecca is missing and now she has to convince the one P.I. who doesn't take cases to help find her best friend. The clock is ticking to find her before it's too late.
