Tyler has a Masters's Degree in the psychology of learning and performance. Starting in 2009, he began evaluating and designing performance improving products and services, studying and applying learning theory, and optimizing the effectiveness of career-enhancing programs. He has created or advised on the creation of learning experiences for over a million people, all over the world, in dozens of industries in dozens of countries.
