It would only make sense that my first book of poems would be about love. When I started this collection I had no intention of showing anyone these poems. Even him. Well, with a few exceptions. This is a story about destiny & wish fulfillment in the most unexpected ways. The magic that finds you without searching because it was meant for you all along. This is not a typical love story, this is one that pushes you to look into the mirror image of yourself & see the light & dark. This is a story about awakening, about death, rebirth, & healing. The yearning is only human nature. & it makes for a good poem. I speak about spiritual shifts & how I align myself with my divine purpose. True love will force you to become your truest self because it deserves nothing but the best from you. I hope this collection inspires you to romanticize your life, to look at your story through the lens of divine love. I hope you find yourself more aware of the signs & little hints the universe leaves you along your path. I hope you find that you trust yourself a little more.
