Hey! 21st Century Educational Reform - I need options

Crisis in the USA schools are on the rise. The last ten year parents, students and educators started seeking options as to how they will educate children. This concern is a scream out by these stakeholders who now realized that they must have options as to how institutions are offering curriculum and accommodating all parties involved. With that thought in mind, the way we educate children has to be changed and allow options in times of crisis to combat, school absences, the balance of school life/crisis, and much more. Many school districts are in denial and want normalcy, but the trust be told post the pandemic the USA schools crisis are still in crisis mode and will be for decades to come. Teachers, administrators, parents, and student must have options as we approach the 21st century. The traditional way of doing things will no longer work for this ever changing society. This changed must take place in the next five years are school doors will close due to not enough teachers and support staff anywhere in the USA.as well of lack of sensitiveness to for all stalk-holders.
