Most Harley histories focus on the machines, maybe the business, but the people aren't given much detail--the engineers, designers, personalities, and (highly emphasized in this book) the racers, both men and women.Here is a nice concise package of entries on the most important people in H-D history. It's tied in to an exhibit at the AMA museum, so the photos and other materials are spot-on. And if you'd rather see the bikes themselves, there's a great color gallery of images in the back filled with the actual history-making motorcycles. Really fun stuff.
