Heritage

Definition of Heritage

May imply love for humanity, charity, empathy, and so forth.

In giving or gifting something to someone, it may be something meaningful for a sole person or a collectivity.

A king may give in heritage a castle or an estate of land to his or her subjects, or leave laws of protection for the well-being of the kingdom's citizens. Also, for the love of the community, a theater, stadium, library, or the like may be built that will show extraordinary goodwill for the people. He could give classics, artwork, an estate, or a tandem of oxen to till the ground and seed for food--outstanding Even gifts for regular folks, wills, or regular gifts for a market may show goodwill even in exchanging gifts.

From 1920 to 1933, Woodrow Wilson, Warren Harding, and Calvin Coolidge got a wonderful legislation approved. It was called the prohibition of the sale of alcoholic beverages and the like. Can you imagine such a monumental heritage for humanity? It lasted only thirteen years as the prohibition law was halted in 1933; this dream of living a pleasant life here on earth was gone.

In 1620 the Mayflower introduced alcohol, breweries, and distilleries. From 1620 to 1920, three hundred years of heritage of alcohol which included family violence, deaths, and wounded people forever. From 1933 to 2017, we have inherited eighty-four years of the same stuff.

Spain in the American continent: in the year 1492, vessels were brought full of alcohol for breweries and distilleries to poison the aborigines that after a while would become their slaves. Alcohol would be used to move the aborigine slaves and the colonization of America. Death, wounded people for the rest of their lives, family violence, immorality, masses of violence, for the conglomerate, always barbarians, even to today's hopelessness.

Yes, a word or name as a heritage may imply happiness or eternal disgrace.
