15. Subscription. Communion with heresy is also accomplished through an unholy subscription, which heretics take from the Orthodox. Such a subscription is a betrayal and betrayal of truth, a renunciation of Christ.In a letter "to the presbyter who signed," the Monk Theodore writes: "What has your honesty suffered in the shipwreck of the subscription?" And how much did you mourn this fall? For truly a fall is (yours) rebellion against the holy icon of Christ, even if only with a perfect hand. I learned this from your letter, a man of God, and I felt compassion, co-created, cried out bitterly and in a friendly manner ... Oh, disaster We were attacked, and we were afraid, afraid of what we should not be afraid and afraid, if we really read the words: "do not be afraid of those who kill the body, but they cannot kill souls" (Matthew 10:28) ... If you say: I signed, exclaimed that I worship the holy icons; then, forgive me, brother, and Pilate, through the mouth posing as a person who is not guilty of Christ's murder, with a cane, with the pen he affirmed His death.
