Faust, a German man living in Duisburg, suffers greatly from depression. This story delves deep into his psychological torment as he tries to fight off suicidal thoughts. This proves difficult as he notes in his journal written to his therapist, where Faust confesses all of his past experiences and maladaptive thought patterns. In his tremendous grief he accepts help from a stranger named Azzy. This charismatic and well spoken man offers Faust a miracle, the "happy shot", but will this help have unforeseen consequences?
