a fun series to help teach herbs to kids

Its a fun way to teach your kids about herbs, especially if you make the herbal preparations along with the characters in the book. Only docked one star because the writing quality isn’t stellar. Not bad really, no obvious mistakes, but not one I would select to read to my kids apart from the educational value of learning about herbs. That being said, the kids enjoy the story and have certainly learned some things. Perhaps the best thing about this series is that it stirs up curiosity about herbs which will hopefully lead to a lifetime love and study of herbs.
