At times it is long winded, but has good ideas.

I purchased the book looking for ideas for our daughter who is congnitiviely delayed. After reading the book and then rereading chapters on implementing I decided to try using the ideas for both my daughter and my son. I have recommended it to others in school and in the neighborhood. The ideas require time and diligence by the adult but they do get results. At times the author is wordy but he gets his ideas across. He also does not use technical terms so the reading level is not high.
