This is a terrific book for middle schoolers through adults. It helps readers to identify their learning style and then offers very practical ideas on how to apply that information to a variety of situations/tasks. It is organized by questions like "How can I remember what I read?" to the ever popular "How can I remember phone numbers?" My students love the upbeat easy to use format and the advice given is good.
