The gameplay in Hellpoint is mostly focused on combat. The player's arsenal includes both light and strong assaults, as well as an evade mechanic. At breaches that do not restore adversaries after a specified length of time, the game progress can be preserved. It is possible to store up to two healing injections. Dealing damage to monsters refills the healing gauge. Exploration is a big part of the game, and there are a lot of mysteries to find.
