One of the best Halloween books I've ever read

Okay so kudos for the shout out to Troma Entertainment. Tromeo & Juliet was my first by them and it's still a favorite to this day lol a lot of people I know have no idea that Troma exists. I won't go into my thoughts on Plan 9 if it's full title is Plan 9 from Outer Space (I'm not even sorry, Duncan. That movie is horrible lol The only good thing about it for me was making fun it through the entire thing with my friend Jaime while we watched it lol). I'm also a big fan of book recs in books. I'll look up any book I see in what I'm reading lol. I've found quite a few hidden gems I didn't know about that way. I also the shout-outs to the kids horrors of my youth; only one missing is Eerie, Indiana. This is one of the best Halloween stories I've honestly ever read and I'm a little upset that I had to read it so early in the year. While due to the sprinkling of the swearing throughout the book, I wouldn't have an issue with my 13 year old reading it. It has that nostalgic feel of the horror we read in the 80's as kids, tweens, teens, and young adults. It's definitely a story that will stick with you for a long time. And who knows, perhaps Geth the Many will join the ranks of other legends and cryptids long after we're gone. There's a few errors sprinkled in the story: for instance: the end of chapter 22 has Cody and Walden leave Brunt's mustang in an intersection, the beginning of chapter 23 they're driving it. Or the fact that Brittany returned Cody's coat, she didn't lend him one from her house; she took one from her house for herself; which was even more affirmed toward the end when Cody takes his jacket off. I highly recommend this book to anyone who misses a good Halloween ghost story and give this book 5 of 5 Paws.
