If you make it through the entirety of this series, you will understand why. This story is about my journey in life, and I'm glad you have chosen to be a part. This Helliston series has a very personal meaning and comes from a place of extreme comfort and knowledge of the characters. And let this be a warning to those who practice deception...sometimes you don't know who the storyteller will be. If anyone in this series of books resonates with you, our job has been well done.

When you've dug yourself so far into the hole that you can not get out, what can you do? In a perfect world people would admit they've been manipulated, apologize, and move on. However, often people have trouble admitting that they have been deceived. Even with all facts pointing them in another direction, they often come back to their original vantage for the sole reason of not wanting to be wrong. "Blood is thicker than water, but diamonds are a girl's best friend." We highly recommend reading the About This Author section and the back cover of this book thoroughly before engaging in the novel series, and please, start with Part One so you can receive all the context.
