This book is what might be termed a non-partisan sourcebook. This book contains very few rules, and fewer statistics. Take the source material and feel free to hammer, bend and shoehorn it into whatever role playing system you prefer.There are places on this world where the separation between Earth and the underworld is very thin. There are very few places on the Earth were a thinning of the celestial veil occurs in close proximity to that of the infernal. In North America such a conjunction occurs in only one place, a city on the west coast known as Los Angeles.Most Americans know there is something different about Los Angeles, but very few appreciate just how unique and different it is.To those in the know, Los Angeles is three cities:The first is mundane Los Angeles, the city known to the word from films and television. A city of complexes and contradictions, glamour and grime. The second city is Hell-Ay, where the mundane merges with the infernal. Drug dealer and demon rub shoulders where souls are traded and tainted. High above the mundane and Hell-Ay is Angel Town, where celestials walk the Earth and sometimes venture into the city below.
