During a whirlwind engagement, Joan Manners (Irene Rich) finds out that her soon to be, Steven Kennedy (Conway Tearle), is the guardian of Joan’s estranged daughter, Connie (Mary Carlisle).
Soon, we find that Joan has a past. Connie plans to correct that and, in the process, dispatches Joan’s old beau, Schuyler Durkin (Kenneth Thomson). As we all predicted, now Connie is gone, and as a good mother, Jonan takes the wrap. You can pretty much guess the rest of the film. Of course, that is if you have not turned it off by now.
We could give this movie some leeway, as it is old. The acting is poor, and the plot contrived. The copy is pitifully deteriorated. This is Alpha Video, but it is not much better than a Goodtime video.
