I am the book’s author.

I wrote this book in 1985, but the principles are still strong and the market still doesn’t get it. ‘BASIS’ is the valve on commodity flow. To increase the flow, decrease % of carry and vice versa. The math can be a bit complicated. It’s an exercise in NPV, but the essential element is carry. Mac@MacKenzie.com (312) 731-0005.
