As soon as I heard that there was a sequel to Heaven Sent I was excited. I thoroughly enjoyed the first book so I knew the second would be just as good. And my assessment was correct the book is outstanding. Once I started reading Heaven Bound I couldn't put it down.
Wow!

We War Not Against Flesh and Blood

Author Montre Bible penned a riveting account of Andrea Turner's life through a letter written to her son, Andrew Turner. Through the journal of her life, Andrea was able to prepare her son, Andrew, for what was ahead for him. Growing up, Andrea's parents raised her in a loving home, with serving God at the pinnacle of their existence, but it was not until Andrea headed to college that she found out who she was and who she actually belonged to. It seemed that the students Andrea met were by chance, but it was all a part of an evil plan to once again give power to the kingdom Donyel, a fallen angel. The plan was to impregnate women who in turn gave birth to children that were half-human, half-angel - which are called Nephilim. In order to keep his lineage going, Donyel had to get his children together in one place to ensure they procreate. Learning of her true being, as it pertains to life, Andrea had a lot of decisions to make. Upon learning who she was and the power she possessed, Andrea had to decide if she would give in to the life that was not reversable, or serve God and help others, in spite of the fact that she was not able to obtain eternal life. Fighting on a spiritual level, and using her new-found weapons of warfare, Andrea was able to intercede for her true friends and make decisions that would inevitably change her life forever. I truly enjoyed Heaven Bound because it allowed me to take a special peek into the spiritual realm and visualize the angels of God fighting for the people of God. It also let me see without a doubt that our weapons are not carnal, and that we war not against flesh and blood. I could easily see this book as a movie because of the very descriptive detail and information provided. I recommend this book to those who love to read Christian fiction at a whole other level.
