The heart of Jesus communes with our heart and the heart of God. The nature and heart of Jesus is both human and divine. With his human heart, Jesus senses our feelings and, through the divine aspects of his heart, he conveys our feelings, needs and desires to the divine heart of God. God desires a heart-to- heart relationship with his people, and Jesus is the mediator that bridges love between heaven and earth because his heart feels what is in our heart and is in union with the heart of the Father.
