As a waitress at Applebee's, all Aunusti wants to do is make fast money. The last thing she expected was to end up in the middle of a full-fledged gang war. When a bounty is put on her head after an altercation at the restaurant, Treu, also known as Glizzie, takes her under his wing and provides protection until they can resolve the problem. While protecting her, the two of them begin to develop feelings for each other, which makes an already complicated situation even more complicated. Caught off guard, Aunusti continues to fall deeper for Glizzie while wondering how far their situation can possibly go.

With guilt lingering in his heart, he feels obligated to keep Aunusti close to him because he blames himself for the predicament that she is in. However, he finds it hard to leave the streets alone even with Aunusti by his side. Not being one to go against his word, Treu continues to do everything he can to ensure Aunusti's safety, even if that means checking his own circle. Especially when he discovers some of the people closest to him are the ones who have betrayed him.
