Heart Disease What You Should Know This little book of 136 pages is very comprehensive in explaining heart disease to the average person in a way they can understand. I'm an RN and used it to teach a small class of fellow church members who became interested in this subject. I read a copy at a Cardiovascular physicians' office where I was working and was convinced this is the perfect book to inspire people to take care of their heart when they understand how it works and how to prevent heart disease.
