UNWATCHABLE Video

I purchased this for my brother who was unable to take the castle tour while in the area. This video, rated "Good condition" is unwatchable, fuzzy, looks like a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy etc........ Cannot get through to customer service - kicks me out because this is a video and not eligible for return. I would advice to not trust the condition rating system what so ever.
