Taking into account that the pandemic was a totally new situation for the entire scientific and health community, where most of the knowledge was scarce or null when facing such a tiny enemy, and having the ability to disperse easily, using the human being as a means of transport, This created a situation where the only defense was the use of PPE and biosecurity norms, forcing to change the way of seeing health care, creating new differentiated operating rooms, with infrastructure and guidelines for its implementation, with the sole purpose of limiting the spread of COVID by dispersion.
