This book presents guidelines on the need and relevance of using Health Diplomacy (HD) in favor of a flexible and correct supply of cGMP. It highlights the vulnerability of developing countries in using this tool in the negotiation process in order to provide more cGMP. It lists the problems faced by these countries in this regard, noting, for example, that Africa manufactures less than 2% of the medicines consumed on the continent, a fact that is proving challenging. It shows that for Mozambique, using the prerogative of being a member of various regional and international organizations such as the CPLP, the World Trade Organization, the World Bank, regional organizations and new organizations such as alliances, funds and global forums, it can, in a timely, rapid and flexible manner, have the possibility of guaranteeing the logistics and supply of materials and medicines.
