Practical discussion on a complex organization

The book provides practical concepts for healthcare administrators. The extensive use of charts, tables and diagrams has been very helpful in presenting complex concept. Even though many of the concepts presented are not new, the practical examples cited helps to bring out present application of the concept.While the book has been written in the US setting, I find it applicable to my work in Thailand. I intend to use the book for the administration residency program which we are conducting at our group of hospitals.
