Not worth the money

Used to have a copy and wanted to replace it. This one was written in.

Nice presentation to various elements linked to chakras and using crystals

These are topics that can be studied, literally, for years. But, as a primer, this is an excellent book with good summary usage of information. I especially enjoyed the chakra section and the multiple examples of what blocked or excessive energy flow of any of the chakras may be seen as. A beautiful book that may pull new students into deeper study in these interesting fields.
