Healing Through Connection is an exploratory course designed to share insights, gain new perspectives and offer support as you open yourself to the vulnerable process of healing from relational trauma, wounds or unhealthy relationship dynamics.
It explores ideas on how we can challenge ourselves to grow while making new connections, building or repairing relationships, and facing ourselves as we heal.
Part of healing through connection is a conscious choice to allow ourselves to grow through the process of connecting with others.
It is an invitation to explore with open-minded curiosity in connections, a practice of learning to be authentic, to experiment and be honest with ourselves and others about what we want, need and are recovering from.
When we notice our relationship patterns or connections are harmful, or are recognising the trauma we have experienced in our past or existing connections, and we make the brave choice to heal. We can do some of this alone, but often the real work, the risk, comes from making new connections with others and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable.
The goal for this course is to offer you a process of consideration, a new perspective on how you might heal through active participation in relationships and to learn through that process how to embody the person you want to be.
We learn about:
Relational wounds & the healing process.
Understanding love & connection.
Cultivating intimacy & belonging.
It is a guide to reference when learning through experience and practices you can engage with, through each new connection, on how to embody the person who can show up in relationships, the way you would like to.
This workbook offers support while engaging a process of conscious awareness that allows you to evolve as you notice, respond and adapt yourself to these new connections and experiences. So you can become stronger, healthier and better equipped in relationships with others.
