The book is a memoir in diary form. It follows Becky on a healing journey after being diagnosed with "Psychosis" having been sectioned 4 times. Becky details her loss of everything she has worked so hard for including losing her business as a Mentor, Coach and Alternative Therapist, losing her homes and some of her friends. She also has M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and details her difficulties in moving forward with her life. Ultimately, it is a book challenging mainstream understanding of what "psychosis" or "schizophrenia" actually is. Becky states the average person sees and hears less then 5% of what it is actually 'out there' in reality and this is backed up by science.

Becky challenges the traditionally held assumptions about mental illness and states "what if "psychosis" is simply seeing beyond the usual 5% of reality?"

She details countless spiritual visions, encounters with a clairvoyant and states we are living in a simulation. A widely held belief by some people - including scientists who theorise the world is a simulated reality. However, it is not a theory for Becky - it is the real reality

The book takes the reader on a very raw and intimate journey, starting from a bleak place and moving towards a much more positive and hopeful time in her life, as she rebuilds herself and becomes an author.
