You can't pour from an empty cup, but we often find ourselves doing just that, especially as creatives. We are chosen to take the chaotic and turn it into something beautiful. How can we do this if we are continually neglecting our self-care? Neglecting ourselves causes us to mass produce from a broken and empty place. I found myself there as a creative mentally worn out, bleeding on others and painting it as art.
