Hope in even the most oppressive circumstances

If you ever find your own life oppressive or begin to feel hopeless in your circumstances, you need only read just about anything by Corrie Ten Boom to regain perspective. Ms Ten Boom recounts in short essays the daily trials faced in a concentration camp in Nazi Germany, imprisoned for helping to hide Jews from the persecution being heaped on them by the Nazis. The trials she endured - with the help of God - are chronicled here in a small, readable volume. The reader can regain hope and strength for their own life through Ms Ten Boom's accounts, and her reminders that we should look to God to help us through.
