Living in Utah I often wonder what basis the Mormon Church has, and have tried multiple times to plow through The Book of Mormon. It is imponderable, but Having Visions gives a plain English translation, an astonishing task, and has made The Book of Mormon accessible to everyone. Whether you are a member or not of the Church, this should be on everyone's shelf who has an interest in American history and the Mormon Church.
