Day in day out, across the globe we hear stories of bullying, kids losing confidence and worse still being permanently scarred for life. In our society we sometimes have a tendency to focus on the negatives. It comes from the old adage "is the glass half empty or half full?" I understand more than anyone how a youngster can have their confidence crushed in this cruel world that we live in.
