Great gift book for anyone who loves baseball

The book covers the various colorful nicknames that players have obtained. These nicknames have become part of baseball lore, and are presented in this book in a fun and unique manner. Each chapter has a team of players with nicknames following a theme. Ty "Georgia Peach" Cobb is found on the "Gormet Team". Each team has a lineup of the best players selected from a roster of players with nicknames that follow the theme. The statistics for all roster players are presented. There are Facts, Trivia and Lingo associated with each chapter. The book is meant to be given as a gift, there is a spot on the cover to write in the giver and recipients name (we wrote in our nephew's nickname). This was a wonderful gift to our baseball playing nephew, and we purchased a copy for home to have on the coffee table.
